What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese Energy Technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
It helps restore balance and vitality to the body, mind, and soul.
It is a “spiritually guided life force energy".
”The word REIKI means REI-Universal KI-Life Force Energy.
How does Reiki “work”? Certified Reiki Practitioners are attuned to the Universal Life Force Energy that surrounds us and the Universe, during our training.
This enables us to channel that energy-REIKI to you.
It is administered by "laying of hands" on or above a fully clothed person.
The hand positions focus on the seven major chakras or energy centers, of the body.
The energy enters one's body, mind, and spirit, therefore treating the whole person, creating many beneficial effects.
After a single session, you will feel your energy is more lighter and brighter.
Reiki can help you feel more balanced, no matter what's happening in your life.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS TO HEALING TOUCH REIKI- ASSESSMENT & TREATMENT

During your initial assessment we will go over what you would like to work towards and discuss your treatment goals.
I will go over what to expect from you session, explain Reiki and the Chakras and I will answer any questions you may have.
We will then proceed with your Reiki session.
Afterwards we will sit and go over how your session was and I will answer any questions.
*Everything you see included in the 6omin session below, will also be part of your New Client Session.
60 Min Reiki Sessions

Relax and enjoy the healing energy of Reiki. After we will discuss anything that may come up during the session, and I will answer any questions you may have.
You will also have the opportunity to draw an inspirational Card from some beautiful Inspirational Card Packs and receive guidance from your Angels and or Guides.

Integrated Energy Therapy with Teresa Certified Master IET Practitioner/Teacher

Integrated Energy Therapy is a deep, healing, and releasing session, where we go into the cellular memory level to "get the issues out of your tissues."
IET sessions use angelic energy to work directly with your body's cellular memory and energy field to get the "issues out of your tissues" for good.
IET helps you to safely and gently, over time, release limiting energy patterns from your past, empower and balance your life in the present, and embody your full potential as you move into your future.
*Regular Reiki sessions are suggested before this type of session.
Reiki works to help you prepare for deeper healing.
Distance Reiki
$85
As a Reiki Master, I am able to provide Distance Reiki Healings from my office to the comfort of your home. This can be done via phone, virtual meeting, or if you prefer to do it without contact and want to lay quietly, we can also follow up with details in an email after.
Maybe you do not live in my area but have heard about my practice and want to experience a session with me? Maybe life is just busy for you right now and it would be more convenient for you to receive your session at home.
What ever the reason, Reiki is ALWAYS here and available for you.
Animal Reiki-In person

Distance Healing (35 minutes) $45
I send Reiki to your animal from my space to theirs's at a specific agreed upon date and time. The energy is just as powerful as an in-person session.
*Can be used if the animal is not comfortable with someone new in their space.
*Maybe your not comfortable having someone in your space due to COVID or other health issues.
*Maybe time is an issue for you trying to schedule in person sessions.
*Maybe you live out of state or in another country.
I am here for you and your pets regardless of the situation.
*If traveling beyond Ridgefield, price will be discussed at time of booking.
*Owner of the animal or someone equally familiar with the animal must be home, for in-person sessions.
*All in-person sessions are done in the animals home or outdoor living environment, for the animals comfort.
All visits will be followed up with an email.

A relaxing and calming sound bowl healing in our stunning meditation room, that will leave you feeling renewed and restored.
Teresa is a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher. Teresa is also the proud owner of Healing Touch Reiki and Healing Touch Reiki Holistic Arts Center. Her class is a mix or Reiki, Meditation, Sound Bowls and the use of other healing instrument's. Float away as you listen to the chiming of bells, feel the soothing vibrations of the bowls, and the calm that surrounds you.
