Reiki is a safe and effective complementary therapy that can be used from conception to birth and beyond.
Teresa not only offers sessions in her beautiful space, she is also available to be with you throughout the birthing process, supporting you quietly with Reiki energy, whether its an at home birth or hospital birth. (Check with your hospital to see if they allow my prescense during labor and delivery. I am also happy to offer my support during a C-Section, again if hospital allows)
