Welcome to my website.

My name is Teresa Murphy Costello and I am a Reiki Master practitioner, teacher, and intuitive energy healer.

I see patients in my office and virtually. Home visits are also available on an at needed basis.

Along with my private practice, I have volunteered my Reiki services working with oncology patients at a local hospital through their renowned Reiki program, and I am currently volunteering at Ann's Place, Danbury, CT.

I also volunteered at my local Animal Shelter where Reiki sessions with the animals were an important part of the time I have spent there. Along with volunteering at a local horse rescue, I feel very blessed to have been able to spend time with these beautiful animals.

How did Reiki find me?

I was first introduced to Reiki back in 2013 after going through a difficult recovery from surgery that left me with severe anxiety, panic attacks, and insomnia.

Reiki helped me to relax mentally, physically, and emotionally and brought about a calmer and more peaceful state of being.

When I realized how beneficial it was to me, I decided to study and receive my Reiki Certification's so I could in turn share it with others. I received my Reiki Master/Teaching Level, in 2018.

Because I also love working with and helping all kinds of animals, I decided to pursue and receive my degree in Animal Reiki and then followed with Advanced Animal Reiki, in early 2019.

Nothing makes me more happy than to see Reiki change lives of all, for the better.

I followed up my Reiki training with my certification in "Advanced Integrated Energy Therapy"

or IET for short. I then went on to receive my Master Level which also allows me to teach this amazing modality.

What is IET?

We as practitioners work with the powerful, gentle energy of Angels to "get the issues out of your tissues" from the past and present, opening you up to receive all that beautiful energy that is just waiting to come in for you.

As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to both educate, help, and give back to my clients,

empowering them to live better and healthier lives.

My approach is one of compassion, love and understanding.

Yoga Instructor

Georgia's yoga practice began when she was little, her mom was an established teacher and would always bring Georgia along to practice yoga within the community. When she got older, Georgia began to create a more consistent practice and felt the value of dedication in her yoga that helped her learn that yoga is a way of life and can be for everyone. Georgia has also had an upbringing in Dance and believes that movement is medicine. Eventually, she moved to the Rocky Mountains in Boulder, Colorado where she would study Dance in University and attend multiple studios, studying traditional Hatha Yoga. After
graduation, she moved to the San Juan mountains in Telluride, Colorado and began working for a yoga studio there, where she fell deeper in love with her daily practice and the yoga community. Shortly after, Georgia graduated from Kripalu Yoga and Healing Arts Center with a 200 hour certification and she sequences her classes to serve all levels of yoga students through mindfulness, spirituality and a range of asanas all within a non-judgmental atmosphere.

Join Georgia for a beginner, slow flow, and reflective practice with posture alignment, pranayama, and meditation.
